Sunapee, New Hampshire, 1979
In September of 1979, much of the family gathered in Sunapee to celebrate the birthday of John's father, Bernard Bradley Butler. He was born on September 7, 1899(?) in Potsdam, New York. His wife, Beulah Belle Benton, who had predeceased him, shared his initials and birthplace, and was also born on September 7, one year earlier.
